FANTASY OUTLOOK

Top 5 Rostered in ESPN Fantasy

#1

Joe Mixon (RB)
99.3%

Mixon was limited to only six games in 2020 due to injuries but was a viable fantasy starter the weeks that he played. Mixon has shown consistency throughout the course of his 4 year career and you can expect that to be the same in 2021 as he is basically the solo RB option on this Bengals offense. Definitely start Mixon in your RB1 or RB2 slot.

#2

Tee Higgins (WR)
94.3%

Higgins emerged as a consistently productive player in his rookie 2020 season, despite that his QB Joe Burrow missed a big chunk of time to injury. With Burrow back healthy, expect Higgins to have even more success in 2021 even though the Bengals picked up WR Ja’Maar Chase in the draft. Tee Higgins will be worthy of a starting spot at either WR2 or Flex.

#3

Ja’Marr Chase (WR)
92.3%

Selected as the 5th overall pick in the 2021 draft, Ja’Marr Chase joins the Bengals with high expectations at receiver. During preseason, those expectations got hit with a little doubt because Chase couldn’t seem to catch the ball. There could be a little rust factor with him since he missed the entire 2020 season at LSU. If he’s as good as we have expected, he will eventually wind up as a fantasy starter.

#4

Tyler Boyd (WR)
88.7%

To cap off possibly the best WR trio in the league, we have Tyler Boyd. Boyd has more experience in the league than Higgins and Chase and has already had several seasons of fantasy relevance. He will definitely be a rosterable player this year because he offers significant production in slot routes for the Bengals and will get you lots of receptions. Don’t think of him as a starter right now but he will add some depth to your bench.

#5

Joe Burrow (QB)
78.8%

As you can see, Burrow is loaded at receiver options this year which will give him high volume usage throughout the 2021 season. If he remains healthy, he will be a very productive QB for you in fantasy this year and should be strongly considered as a starter.

Sleeper Candidate

Samaje Perine (RB)
1.7%

If Mixon gets hurt, this is the next guy up. Most likely, we will not see much usage out of Perine this year but anything can happen in fantasy. Continue to monitor the health status of Mixon throughout the year because this could be a hot pick if something were to happen.
